HOW DOES IT WORK?

Note that: the size of the photo is important. For example, if it has a square photo, select 40x40 and not 40x60.

Step 2: Click on “select your photo here”. Here you can upload your photo via computer or cell phone.

Step 3:Click on the shopping cart and enter your address information at checkout. After payment, we will immediately start producing your custom photo!

WHICH FORMAT?

Want a clear and beautiful result? Then choose a format labeled “Most Popular.” Of course, you can also choose a smaller size, but choose an image without text or with few details.

For images with text or lots of details, we always recommend the formats labeled “Most Popular” or “Recommended”!

You can choose from the most common formats.

STONE ADVICE

Round stones: Best choice for beginners, easy to stick, canvas remains partially visible.

Square stones: Best choice for those who like precision because the stones completely cover the canvas.

WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR?

We ask that you do not upload photos in portrait format if you have ordered a square format.

Make sure you have a high-quality photo, otherwise the painting will be blurred.

If we received a photo in the wrong size, we need to crop it to fit the painting. Parts of the photo may not be displayed.

Be careful of shadows and sunlight in the photo, as they can change the colors of your diamond painting.

Always upload the largest photo possible for best results! Own photos cannot be returned.
